The Culture Benchmark Study

All human resources initiatives are impacted by the culture of the organization. Do you understand yours? Would you like to know where you rate against industry norms? We are excited to invite you to participate in the free Cultural Benchmark Series. The Cultural Benchmark Series, or C.B.S., is a collaboration between OYG Inc. and E-BIM and will be showcased on a monthly basis on the e-BIM/Talent Management/Training Portal!

What is the Cultural Benchmark Series?

OYG Inc. has partnered with e-bim.com to conduct a monthly culture series that will enable HR professionals to measure and understand their culture against other organizations.

The Cultural Benchmark Series employs the Tetrahedron Culture Instrument (“TCI”). In addition to exploring attitudes and behaviors, which is what most culture surveys measure, this instrument looks deeper to determine the ‘whys’ behind attitudes and behaviors. By exploring leadership, processes and rewards/punishments we can begin to understand the factors that make up a culture and how to strengthen it.

Over the next few weeks, OYG Inc. will be collecting data from HR professionals nation-wide about various aspects of their culture, analyzing that data and creating a summary report that will be posted on both the e-BIM and OYG website. In addition, OYG will conduct a live presentation on e-BIM's portal so that professionals, such as you, will have the opportunity to have a group discussion of the results.

How does the Culture Benchmark Series Work?

The Benchmark Series will begin with benchmark studies on rewards and punishments. By clicking on the link found on the e-BIM and OYG websites, you will have the opportunity to participate in the study. Each study will be open to participants for 3 weeks. Upon the conclusion of each study a webinar will be held to present and discuss the results. This webinar is open to everyone who is interested in learning more about the topic. For those who participate, a customized report comparing their results to those of top performing companies will be provided.

We invite you to participate in this free Series, take advantage of the results produced on a monthly basis and apply them to your organization to maximize and enhance bottom-line results!

We will begin the first part of our culture survey in September at which time we will provide you with a link to participate. It will take less than 10 minutes to complete the survey. Upon completion we will be providing your organization with a confidential report. Your only price is to be participate in the study.
