Overcoming Conflict to Create High Performance
Conflict in the workplace is the reason given for voluntary turnover over 75% of the time. It is one of the greatest obstacles to high performance and can drain both time, energy and resources that can be better used to help build the organization.
Are there people at work with whom you disagree often? Do you find yourself frustrated or even angry at times because you don't feel like your ideas are heard? > Apply what you know to real life situations
