Karin is a passionate and energetic trainer and facilitator with more than 20 years of international corporate experience.
Karin’s true passion is to work for and with people, particularly the workforce on the shop floor of a manufacturing environment. Karin has worked extensively with many manufacturers, including Magna International. She is recognized for her strong relationship building and communication skills, and has a natural ability to inspire others.
Karin’s experience and knowledge of the values and behaviors in the business world of Europe provide great input and insight to any company in a North American setting. She has a certification in Adult Learning from St. Francis Xavier University and in Coaching from the California Training Institute.
