This workbook is designed to help give you the options you need to manage the stress that undermines both your career and your performance. This workbook is designed to help you do 3 things:
1. Pinpoint the specific area of stress that you have that is harming your ability to be resilient.
2. Create options and action plans to deal with each specific area of stress.
3. Develop tools that you can use to both understand and communicate your value to yourself and other.
